- Next 18 Months: Transition into a buzzing legal team. Start in an administrative role and level up to a Paralegal position. You'll be learning the ropes and contributing from day one. 📈
- Years 3-4: Deep Dive & Responsibility
- Complete two distinct one-year placements in different legal teams. You'll continue as a Paralegal, but with growing responsibility and more challenging tasks. Become an integral part of the team. 💪
- Years 5-6: Training Contract Level & Specialization
- This phase mirrors our prestigious Training Contract programme. You'll complete four six-month placements, with *you* having more say in where you rotate. This is your chance to explore specific legal areas that spark your interest. 🎯
- By the end of this incredible journey, you'll be a fully qualified solicitor, equipped with diverse experience across a range of legal disciplines. 🎉
