As an Apprentice, you'll be mentored by seasoned pros, gaining hands-on experience in how we bring major projects to life, from the first blueprint to the final polish. You'll be involved in every stage, learning to keep things on track, on budget, and to our super-high standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Dive deep into project drawings, specs, and timelines. π
- Help get projects prepped and ready before the action starts. π
- Be part of crucial project and site meetings. π€
- Assist with wrangling our amazing labour and subcontractor teams. π§βπ§
- Get out on site to see how things are progressing and check the quality. π
- Document site progress with awesome photos and clear updates. πΈβοΈ
- Spot and flag any site challenges, delays, or access hurdles. π©
- Help organise materials and deliveries so everything arrives on time. π
- Keep a close eye on project timelines and progress. β°
- Support quality checks and those final snagging tasks. β
- Help ensure everyone's staying safe on site. βοΈ
- Keep our project records and paperwork locked down. π
- Be a key point of contact for site teams, subcontractors, and clients. π
- Assist with client site visits and project handovers. π
- Learn the ropes of project variations, costs, and commercial smarts. π°
