What you'll be doing:
- First Impressions Matter: Staffing reception, greeting everyone, and directing them to the right place. Think of yourself as the ultimate guide! πΊοΈ
- Phone Guru: Answering calls, handling queries like a pro, and ensuring everyone gets where they need to be, efficiently and pleasantly. π
- Master of Materials: Creating and compiling reports, brochures, leaflets, and marketing materials. Get creative! βοΈ
- Office Ninja: Handling all things office-related: mail merges, typing, printing, filing, and managing daily post. βοΈ
- Student Support: Creating and managing student reports, praise letters, and achievement records. Help celebrate our students' wins! π
- Record Keeper: Maintaining student records, both on paper and digitally. Keeping things neat and tidy. π»
- Travel Coordinator: Arranging transport for students and staff. Making sure everyone gets to where they're going safely. π
- Cash Handling Champ: Receiving and collecting payments for trips and sales, and processing refunds. Be responsible and accurate! π°

Key responsibilities

- Producing and collating manual and computer-generated reports, booklets, brochures, leaflets, and marketing materials.
- Creating, maintaining, and collating student reports, letters, and achievement records, both manual and ICT based.
- Receiving and recording payments for visits, trips, and general sales from students and staff, including debt collection and refunds.
