Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities and promote learning through play.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and clean environment, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Support children with daily routines, personal care, and encourage positive behaviour and social skills.
- Observe and monitor children's progress, contributing to assessments and development plans.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents, maintaining professionalism and adhering to all setting policies and procedures.
