Your Apprenticeship Journey: 📚

• Work-Based Learning: No boring college lectures! We're talking face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, a mentor right there in the pub!
• Functional Skills: Get support with English and Maths if you need it (like GCSEs, but no exams required!).

Key responsibilities

• Lead front of house teams and ensure a 5-star customer experience.
• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
