About the role
We're looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team! 🦷 In this role, you'll be a key player, buzzing between the surgery, the sterilisation room, and reception. Your main gig will be assisting the dentist during treatments, helping with clinical situations, and chatting with our awesome patients. 🗣️ You'll get hands-on experience with procedures and use our systems to log important info. 💻 Keeping the surgery spotless and ensuring all instruments and materials are prepped and ready is part of the deal. ✨ In our sterilisation hub, you'll be the guardian of hygiene, making sure all equipment is perfectly processed for reuse. 💯 Communication is everything here, so bring your A-game as a team player who can work smart and efficiently to smash our daily goals! 💪
Key responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist in the dental surgery with clinical situations and treatments.
- Dealing with and communicating with patients.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the surgery and readiness of instruments and materials.
- Managing the sterilisation room, ensuring equipment passes through the correct process.
- Working the reception desk and recording information using computer systems.
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (Dual Science (grade A*-C or 9-4), English (grade A*-C or 9-4), Maths (grade A*-C or 9-4))
