- Registering new applicants, scheduling appointments, and assisting with property viewings. 🏠
- Following up on inquiries and feedback, helping to move potential tenancies forward. ✅
- Supporting the marketing of available properties and keeping property details fresh and accurate. 📢
- Assisting the property management team with maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor bookings. 🛠️
- Helping with tenancy administration, compliance paperwork, inspections, and general property management tasks. 📜
- Supporting with move-ins, move-outs, and property visits as needed. 🔑
- Managing and organizing property keys, including cutting, labeling, and maintaining precise records. 🗄️
- Keeping our property management and CRM systems updated with accurate information. 💻
- Providing general administrative support and helping with daily office operations. 🌟
