What You'll Be Doing:

  • Mastering essential office tasks to keep things running smoothly. 💻
  • Professionally connecting with landlords, tenants, applicants, and contractors via phone, email, and in-person. 🤝
  • Registering new applicants, scheduling appointments, and assisting with property viewings. 🗓️
  • Following up on enquiries and viewing feedback to help move potential tenancies forward. ✅
  • Supporting the marketing of available properties and ensuring property information is always current. 📈
  • Assisting the property management team with maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor scheduling. 🛠️
  • Contributing to tenancy administration, compliance paperwork, property inspections, and general property management duties. 📝
  • Helping out with property check-ins, check-outs, and site visits as needed. 🏠
  • Managing and organizing our property key system, including cutting, labeling, and maintaining accurate records. 🔑
  • Keeping our property management and CRM systems updated with precise information. 🗂️
  • Providing general administrative support and handling daily office tasks. ✨
  • Delivering exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service at all times. 😊

Key responsibilities

  • Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors by telephone, email and in person.
  • Registering applicants, arranging appointments, assisting with property viewings and following up enquiries.
  • Supporting the property management team with maintenance enquiries, repairs and tenancy administration.
  • Assisting with the marketing of available properties and maintaining accurate property information and records.
  • Managing and organising property keys, alongside providing general administrative support.
