IT Support Technician 💻✨

Are you a tech whiz ready to dive into the dynamic world of IT support? Join our team at Beacon Multi-Academy Trust and help us keep our digital infrastructure running smoothly! We're looking for someone to provide stellar support for our servers, networks, Macs, and PCs (laptops & desktops) across the trust. 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Creating and updating all our cool IT documentation and processes. ✍️
• Keeping our IT hardware in tip-top shape, day in and day out. 🛠️
• Being the go-to for software support and troubleshooting any glitches. 🐛➡️✅
• Mastering backup management, including bringing data back from the digital abyss. 💾
• Creating and managing user accounts with Active Directory – you'll be the digital gatekeeper! 🔑
• Logging and tracking all issues and tickets through our Helpdesk system. 📊
• Collaborating with our second and third-line support heroes to tackle tricky problems. 🤝
• Responding to and resolving support calls super-fast. ⚡️
