What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Being the friendly face that welcomes patients and helps them with appointment scheduling. ๐
- Handling basic patient questions with professionalism and care.
- Getting surgeries prepped, instruments sterilised, and keeping everything up to CQC infection control standards. โจ
- Being a vital assistant to our clinicians during treatments and keeping patient records spot-on, in line with GDPR. โ๏ธ
- Making sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a positive dental experience. ๐
- Keeping track of stock, equipment, and making sure surgeries are always ready to go. ๐ฆ
- Maintaining clinical areas that are clean, safe, and fully equipped. ๐งผ

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians while ensuring high standards of patient care.
