• Greeting patients with a warm welcome and handling phone calls with professionalism. 📞
• Answering patient questions and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable. 🤔
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently. 💰
• Mastering appointment scheduling and follow-ups to keep everything running smoothly. 🗓️
• Ensuring a safe and sterile environment by preparing and cleaning equipment for our dentists. 💯
• Managing patient records with care and confidentiality. 📁
• Prioritising patient wellbeing and creating a positive dental experience. 😊
• Maintaining the cleanliness of dental areas, including chairs. 🪥
• Keeping our stock of equipment and supplies in check. 📦
• Providing essential support to dentists and the senior team to deliver outstanding patient care. 💪

Key responsibilities

• Performing reception duties, including greeting patients, answering calls, and managing appointments.
• Dealing with patient queries, taking payments, and supporting their wellbeing.
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists and cleaning dental areas.
• Recording and managing patient records.
• Managing stock of equipment and supplies.
