What you'll be doing:

• Front Desk Superstar: Handling reception duties, including answering calls and warmly greeting patients. 📞
• Patient Champion: Addressing patient questions and ensuring they feel supported.
• Smooth Operations: Taking payments and managing appointment bookings, including follow-ups. 🗓️
• Sterile & Ready: Sterilising and preparing essential equipment for our dentists. 🧽
• Record Keeper: Accurately managing and updating patient records.
• Wellbeing Wizard: Supporting patient comfort and enhancing their overall dental experience. ❤️
• Tidy & Prepared: Cleaning dental areas, including chairs, and keeping them pristine.
• Stock Management: Monitoring and managing equipment and supply stock. 📦
• Team Player: Assisting dentists and the senior team with any other duties to ensure top-notch patient care. 🤝
