What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping a watchful eye and joining in the fun during playtime, making sure everyone is safe and happy. ๐
- Chatting with the kids, encouraging their social skills and helping them understand their feelings. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Being the go-to for parents, sharing updates on their child's amazing progress during daily chats and at parents' evenings. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ
- Helping the children with their daily routines โ mealtimes, nap times, and personal hygiene. ๐
- Keeping our nursery spick and span and making sure all our equipment is safe and ready for action. โจ
- Teaming up with your colleagues to create a positive vibe that's all about learning and growing together. ๐ฑ
- Guiding behaviour in line with our nursery's policies, fostering kind and positive interactions between the children. ๐
- Capturing those brilliant learning moments through observations to build each child's unique learning journey and support their next big steps. ๐

Key responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional development
- Communicate with parents daily and at parents evenings, sharing information regarding their child's development
- Support children in their daily routines, including meals, naps, and personal hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and suitable for use
