What You'll Be Doing:
- User Support Superstar: Help us manage daily requests from our amazing user community, making sure everyone's tech issues are sorted out pronto! ✨
- IT Service Guru: Get hands-on with setting up and installing vital IT services for our users.
- Onboarding/Offboarding Champion: Work closely with our IT Analysts to manage the seamless setup and decommissioning of user accounts and equipment for new starters and leavers. 🤝
- Remote Site Navigator: Collaborate with IT Analysts to ensure our remote sites are running smoothly.
- Software & Security Sentinel: Assist in maintaining and deploying software updates and crucial security patches across all our PCs, laptops, and servers. 🛡️
- Access Controller: Support IT Analysts in managing folder and system access for all users.
- Tech Setup & Tracking: Get everything set up, deployed, and meticulously asset-recorded for all our technology equipment, from PCs and phones to tablets and more! 📱💻
- Site Visit Explorer: Be ready to attend site visits when needed to provide on-the-ground support.
- Apprentice Learner: Actively learn key IT skills that will help you conquer modules in both your Apprenticeship curriculum and Vocational Course. 📚
- Admin Ace: Ensure all administration tasks are completed accurately and in line with our standard company procedures. ✅
- Problem Reporter: Accurately report any problems or failures according to the company's established procedures. 📝

Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day requests from the user community
