What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact – answering calls, welcoming patients, and making them feel right at home. 📞😊
• Sorting out patient questions and making sure they're happy. 🤔✅
• Handling payments smoothly. 💳
• Mastering appointment bookings and follow-ups to keep everything running like clockwork. 🗓️
• Ensuring our dental equipment is clean, prepped, and ready to go. 🦷
• Keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date. ✍️
• Looking after our patients' comfort and ensuring they have a great dental experience. 🤗
• Keeping our dental areas, including chairs, spotless. 🧼
• Managing our stock of supplies and equipment. 📦
• Pitching in with any other tasks to help our dentists and senior team provide top-notch patient care. 🤝
