Your Role will involve:

• Front Desk: Handling calls, greeting patients warmly 👋, and managing all their questions.
• Payments & Appointments: Processing payments 💸 and expertly scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
• Sterilisation & Prep: Ensuring all equipment is sterile and ready for our dentists. 🦷
• Patient Records: Accurately recording and managing patient information. ✍️
• Patient Experience: Going the extra mile to ensure our patients feel comfortable and well-cared for. ❤️
• Clinic Upkeep: Cleaning dental areas (including chairs!) and managing our equipment and supply stock. 🧼📦
• Team Support: Assisting our dentists and senior team with any other duties needed. 🤝
• Overall Goal: Delivering outstanding patient care at every step. ✨
