Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient chairside support to clinicians during treatments
- Ensure high standards of patient care, comfort, and reassurance
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control
- Uphold patient privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance
- Assist with administrative tasks, including patient welcomes, enquiries, and record updates
