  • Providing top-notch 1st line IT support for all incoming requests. 📞
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT, system, and application problems. 🛠️
  • Managing support tickets from start to finish, keeping users in the loop every step of the way. 📣
  • Helping build and maintain our ICT knowledge base with helpful guides and instructions. 📚
  • Getting hands-on experience assisting with hardware, software, and infrastructure projects.
  • Learning from experienced ICT pros and leveling up your technical skills. 🧠
  • Attending training sessions, completing coursework, and keeping your apprenticeship learning on track.
  • Meeting regularly with your mentor and actively participating in your development.
