What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- ๐ Patient Welcome Wagon: Greet patients warmly and help them navigate appointments.
- ๐ฌ On-Point Answers: Handle patient questions with professionalism and care.
- โจ Surgical Superstars: Prep surgeries, sterilise instruments, and keep our infection control game strong (think CQC standards!).
- ๐ค Clinician Sidekick: Assist dentists during procedures and keep patient records bang up to date (GDPR, we got this!).
- ๐ Comfort Crew: Ensure every patient feels comfortable, reassured, and has an awesome dental experience.
- ๐ฆ Stock Savvy: Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and keep surgeries prepped and ready.

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient chairside support to clinicians.
- Assist with patient welcoming, appointment scheduling, and basic enquiries.
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
- Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records.
