• Be the go-to expert: Providing brilliant advice and recommendations to our customers. 💡
• Set the vibe: Giving everyone a warm and friendly welcome as soon as they step through our doors. 🤗
• Master of orders: Efficiently handling customer orders from start to finish. 📦
• Phone pro: Answering incoming calls with speed and a smile, connecting people to the right info. 📞
• Keeping everyone in the loop: Advising customers on the readiness or any potential delays with their hearing aids or glasses. ⏳✅

• Advising customers their hearing aids/glasses are ready or delayed as appropriate
