🚀 Job Title: Stock & Customer Service Star! 🌟

Are you ready to dive into a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our awesome team and help us keep things running smoothly! 💪

What you'll be doing:

  • Master of the Stockroom: You'll be on point for managing our inventory. This means checking for any missing or damaged items 📦, storing new arrivals, and efficiently picking and packing orders. You'll also keep our stock records and paperwork on lock 🔐.
  • Customer Connection: Be the friendly face (or voice!) that our customers interact with. You'll be taking orders at the counter or over the phone 📞, and building a solid knowledge of our products to offer expert advice.
  • Query Conqueror: Got a question? You'll be on it! Deal with both internal and external queries super quickly and efficiently.
  • Digital Dynamo: Get comfy with our internal computer systems to track stock, log transactions, and keep those customer communications on point. 💻
  • Team Player: Collaborate with our other branches via phone, email, and more to sort out stock, deliveries, and customer needs. 🤝
  • Flexible & Adaptable: We value flexibility! If it's quiet at the counter, you might jump into the stockroom to help with audits or ensure our stock levels are spot on. Your day could involve anything from stock management to customer service!
  • Building Relationships: Get to know our awesome customers and become a product whiz! 💯
  • Exceptional Service is Key: Your main mission? Delivering amazing customer service to keep our customers coming back for more! ✨
