Key responsibilities
- Identifying and meeting each childβs individual needs
- Supervising and supporting children throughout the day, engaging in interactive activities
- Acting as a positive and practical role model
- Building friendly and professional relationships with staff and parents
- Ensuring safeguarding procedures are understood and followed
