Are you ready to dive into a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a motivated Building Maintenance Operative to join our team! You'll be tackling a wide range of essential tasks, from keeping our buildings shipshape to handling urgent repairs.

What you'll be doing:

• Getting stuck into a variety of planned and reactive maintenance jobs.
• Tackling everything from plastering, general building work, and joinery to tiling, painting, and paving.
• Handling essential external works, drainage, and plumbing tasks.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance according to our schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks.
• Undertake specific tasks including plastering, general building, joinery, tiling, painting, paving, external works, drainage works, and plumbing.
• Perform planned preventative building maintenance in line with set programmes.
