What you'll be doing:

• Assisting experienced groundworkers and site teams with essential tasks.
• Getting involved in ground preparation, drainage systems, concreting, and kerbing.
• Contributing to general civil engineering projects.
• Preparing tools and materials for the day's work.
• Keeping the work area safe, tidy, and compliant with instructions.

Your week will be a mix of:

• Real-world, practical site experience.
• Structured apprenticeship training to boost your skills.

Important to know:

• This role involves early starts. 🌅
• You'll be doing physical work outdoors in all weather conditions. ☀️🌧️
• Expect to travel and have regular Monday to Friday stays away from home. 🚌🏨
