What you'll be doing:

• Greeting guests with a smile and letting them know about all the cool stuff happening. ✨
• Being a menu guru, recommending exactly what each guest will love. 🌟
• Remembering our regulars and having awesome chats with them. 🥰
• Making sure everyone's having a blast with their food and drinks. 💯
• Serving up speed and efficiency, plus handling any questions or issues like a pro. 💪

Your Apprenticeship Adventure (15 Months!):

• No boring classrooms! This is all about hands-on, work-based training with face-to-face sessions and regular remote chats with your own dedicated coach. 🧑‍🏫

Pay Rate:

• Aged 16-20: £10.85 per hour
• Aged 21+: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating service information, products and offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations and engage with guests, remembering their preferences.
• Ensure fast and efficient service, handling guest queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
• Participate in all training, e-learning and adhere to brand standards, licensing laws and company policies.
