What You'll Be Doing:
Your journey begins with 13 weeks as a Morrisons Customer Assistant. 🤝 Get ready to connect with our shoppers, provide amazing service, and get a feel for our stores.
After that, you’ll dive into a 12-month Butchery Apprenticeship! 🔪 This is where the real skills come in. You'll learn everything you need to know about preparing meat, from using essential knife skills to expertly cutting, mincing, and dicing. We'll also explore the different animal species we work with and the techniques for creating top-notch meat products. 🐄🐖🐑
Your Path to Success:
Successfully complete your apprenticeship and assessments, and you could be on your way to our Sir Ken Morrison Leadership School! 🌟 This six-month program is designed to fast-track your journey into retail management.
