Your Apprenticeship Journey:
No boring lectures here! You’ll learn on the job with our work-based training, featuring cool face-to-face sessions and remote team calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you’ll have a mentor right there in the kitchen to guide you. 🧑🏫
You’ll also gain valuable Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed), with support tailored just for you. We'll have reviews every 12 weeks with your coach and manager to track your progress and give you feedback. 🌟
