What you'll be doing:

• Helping to boost and deliver the AHK Quality approach across our Group Laboratory operations. 🧪
• Jumping into non-conformance (NC) investigations and figuring out the root cause. 🕵️‍♀️
• Assisting with planning, checking, and verifying corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). ✅
• Keeping our NC and CAPA records super accurate and making sure actions move forward smoothly. ⏱️
• Digging into Quality Control (QC) failures, trends, and anything unusual. 🔍
• Performing data integrity checks and helping with compliance monitoring. 📊
• Supporting internal audits and getting ready for them. 🏛️
• Gathering evidence and documents for external assessments. 📄
• Conducting compliance reviews and contributing to fixes. 🛠️
• Supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) projects that align with UK Quality goals. 🎯
• Helping to optimize processes and reduce risks. 🌱

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support non-conformance (NC) investigations and root cause analysis

• Maintain accurate NC and CAPA records and ensure timely progression of actions
• Investigate Quality Control (QC) failures, trends, and anomalies
• Support internal audits and audit readiness activities
