Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. This is a full-time role where you'll learn on the job from our amazing teams, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and help create unforgettable guest moments! 🎉

Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating service, products and special offers.
- Provide personalised recommendations and ensure fast, efficient service, handling guest queries promptly.
- Have open communication with the entire team, assisting members and contributing to team meetings.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and adhere to brand standards, policies and licencing laws.
