Your Role:
As an Apprentice Chef with Urban Heritage, we're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about food and strives for perfection in every dish. ✨ You’ll need a sharp eye for quality, a cool head during busy services, and a drive to become a key part of our kitchen crew.

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
This is a work-based apprenticeship, meaning no college trips! You'll get:
- Face-to-face sessions and remote team calls with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 👩🏫
- A mentor right here in the workplace to guide you.
- Support to gain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed.
- Regular reviews (every 12 weeks) with feedback sessions.
- Chef Academy Access: Level up your skills with four masterclasses covering expert knowledge and technical skills in different areas of cooking! 👨🍳
