As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll be a vital part of our high-energy, upbeat kitchen crew. Your knack for motivating others and your passion for amazing food will be key to your success. What you'll be doing:
- Whipping up and presenting incredible food that meets our high standards – every dish served with pride! 🍽️
- Supporting and guiding your kitchen teammates, keeping service running smoothly, even during the busiest shifts. 🏃♀️
- Stepping up to cover for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when needed, helping to solve any challenges. 💪
- Making sure our kitchens are always spotlessly clean and safe, following all hygiene and health & safety rules. ✅
- Keeping an eye on stock and kitchen organisation to guarantee efficient service. 👀
