What to Expect on Your Journey:

• First 1-3 Months: Get hands-on experience, working under instruction and with general guidance. Learn to anticipate tool needs and assist with essential labouring tasks. 🤝
• 3-6 Months: Step up and carry out tasks with increasing independence. Become proficient with a variety of hand tools, including screwdrivers, routers, and sanders. 🔧
• 6-12 Months: Independently execute tasks you've observed, no instruction needed! 💪
• 12 Months +: Be ready to join site teams and tackle more complex projects as part of a crew. 🏗️

Key Requirements:

• Apprenticeship: You'll attend SBC Training in Shrewsbury one day a week. The other four days will be spent on-site. 📚
• Mobility: A driving license is essential for this role. 🚗💨
• Site Policy: Please note there is a strict no-smoking policy when working on site. 🚭❌
