Your Apprenticeship Journey:
No boring college days here! Our apprenticeships are all about hands-on, work-based learning. You’ll have a dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach for remote check-ins and support. Plus, you'll have a mentor in the pub to guide you. You’ll work towards a Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship, including Functional Skills in Maths and English (if needed), with personalised support. Regular reviews ensure you’re always on track. 📈
