Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• This is a work-based apprenticeship – no boring college lectures! You’ll get face-to-face training and remote check-ins every 6 weeks with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach. Plus, you'll have a super supportive mentor right here at work. 👩‍🏫

Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food & Beverage Level 3

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Ensure that each team member knows their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
