Fitch Elevate Program 2027

Launch your career with Fitch Group's 9-month paid Elevate Program in Manchester. Designed for school leavers who have completed A Levels (or equivalent) and are choosing a work-based route instead of university, Elevate offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global financial services business.

From day one, you'll work on real projects, develop workplace skills, and gain insight into financial markets and how a global organisation operates. You'll also receive training, mentoring, coaching, networking opportunities and a completion certificate from Fitch and Fitch Learning.

Eligibility:

Elevate is designed to improve access to careers in financial services for talented young people from all backgrounds, particularly those who have faced socio-economic barriers. Applicants will be asked a small number of eligibility questions relating to factors such as school type, family background and free school meal eligibility. This information is used for eligibility and programme monitoring purposes only.
