Job Title: Specialist Teaching Assistant 🚀

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with teachers to design and adapt engaging learning experiences for key pupils. ✍️
  • Guiding pupils to grasp and achieve their learning goals. 🎯
  • Assisting in the assessment of pupils' progress and achievements. ✅
  • Acting as a brilliant role model, demonstrating honesty and integrity in everything you do. 👍
  • Participating actively in team meetings, sharing your insights and contributing to our collective planning and class activities. 🤝
  • Championing Fundamental British Values and fostering positive behaviours to boost pupil progress and development. 🌱

Key responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher to help pupils with SEND and/or SEMH.
  • Support teachers to plan and adapt learning for key pupils.
  • Help pupils to understand and achieve learning objectives.
  • Support the assessment of key pupils.
  • Take part in team meetings and contribute to planning and class activities.
