Quality Assistant 🌟

Ready to dive into the world of quality and make a real impact? We're looking for a sharp and organized Quality Assistant to join our team and help us keep our AHK laboratories running smoothly and up to standard. This is your chance to be part of something important, contributing directly to our ISO 17025 and 9001 accreditations. 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Helping us maintain our ISO 17025 and 9001 accreditations – your attention to detail will be key! ✨
• Supporting the Group Quality team with our scheduled quality exercises. This includes getting samples and instructions ready, sending out submission sheets, and gathering all the results. 📊
• Managing and controlling our internal Quality Control materials across the laboratory network. Think stock checks, making sure we have what we need, and preparing replacements to keep everything compliant. 📦
• Keeping equipment, calibration, and other quality records shipshape. 🧰
• Assisting with the management of our AHK QMS, publications, quality manual, and all related documents. 📄
• Helping to validate and verify our methods, both current and new, following our company procedures. ✅
• Attending quality-focused meetings, keeping everyone in the loop on discussions and action points. 🗣️
• Providing general administrative support to the Group Quality function. ✍️
• Taking on other suitable tasks as discussed with the Group Quality Coordinator. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of ISO 17025 and 9001 accreditations
• Assist in the maintenance of Group Quality, Round Robin and Proficiency exercise schedules
• Assist with the control and administration of internal Quality Control materials
• Maintenance of equipment, calibration and other quality records
• Assist the Group Quality function in the control of a standardised AHK QMS
