What you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Patient Vibe Check: Greeting patients with a smile and helping them get their appointments sorted. ๐Ÿ‘‹
  • Answering the Call: Handling patient questions like a pro, always professional and on point. ๐Ÿ“ž
  • Surgery Squad Goals: Getting our surgeries prepped, sterilising instruments, and keeping infection control on lock (think CQC standards!). โœจ
  • Treatment Time: Being the clinician's right-hand person during treatments and keeping patient records super accurate and GDPR-friendly. โœ๏ธ
  • Comfort Champions: Making sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have an epic dental experience. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Stock Mastermind: Keeping an eye on stock levels, equipment, and making sure our surgeries are always ready to roll. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Clean & Safe Zone: Maintaining sparkling clean, safe, and fully kitted-out clinical areas. ๐Ÿงผ

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
  • Assist with patient welcoming, appointment scheduling, and basic enquiries.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control.
  • Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clean clinical areas.
