What you'll be doing:
- Crafting and delivering awesome learning experiences for kids, both individually and in groups, all under the guidance of a qualified teacher 👩🏫.
- Putting Individual Education Plans (IEPs) into action to support each student's unique journey.
- Observing, documenting, and celebrating student progress and achievements 📈.
- Spotting challenges and bringing them to the teacher's attention when needed 🤔.
- Teaming up with teachers to plan and assess learning activities, and keeping great records ✍️.
- Championing students' social and emotional well-being, and reporting any concerns to the teacher 👍.
- Assisting students with daily routines like eating, dressing, and hygiene, all while fostering their independence 💪.
- Supervising students throughout the day, ensuring a safe and fun environment in the classroom and playground 🏃♀️.
- Bringing a calm energy and high expectations to everything you do.
- Being a fantastic role model for every child, every single day ⭐.
- Maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Supporting class teachers with day-to-day tasks.
- Helping out with other duties as needed.
- Participating in staff and team meetings, and supercharging your skills through professional development (CPD) opportunities 💡.
- Building positive connections between parents and outside agencies.
- Providing awesome support for our breakfast and after-school clubs 🚀.

Key responsibilities
