What you'll be doing:

• Hunting for Awesome People: You'll be on the lookout for top talent for our dealerships and central admin roles. Think of yourself as a talent detective! 🕵️‍♀️
• Team Up with Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand exactly what kind of skills and personalities we need. 🤝
• Craft Killer Adverts: Get creative and help design eye-catching job adverts and marketing materials for online platforms. 🎨
• Cast a Wide Net: Explore various channels to find candidates – from our internal databases and job boards to social media networking, referrals, and exciting events! 🌍
• First Impressions Matter: Conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates are a great fit before they even get to an interview. 👍
• Logistics Whiz: Support our recruitment process by scheduling and planning interviews like a pro. 🗓️
• Data Superstar: Track and report on recruitment activity and costs, helping us make smart decisions. 📊
• Plan & Execute: Manage resourcing plans to meet our headcount goals, working closely with our HR Business Partners. 🎯
• Future Leaders: Play a key role in managing our annual apprentice recruitment and ensuring they have a smooth induction. 🌱
