The Oxford Vaccine Group (OVG) is looking for a bright and organised Apprentice Clinical Trials Receptionist & Administrator to join our team! This is your chance to be the friendly face and voice of OVG, welcoming everyone who walks through our doors or reaches out. 🚪👋
What you'll be doing:
- First Impressions: You'll be the initial point of contact for visitors, answering phones, and responding to emails. Be ready to help members of the public, study participants, and our amazing staff with their questions and requests. 📞📧
- Keeping Things Running Smoothly: You'll help manage appointment bookings for study participants, keep our visit calendars up-to-date, and support the smooth running of our clinical trials. 🗓️✅
- Office Essentials: This includes handling incoming and outgoing mail, keeping our databases in tip-top shape, and making sure any building maintenance requests are sorted. 📬💻
- Admin Superstar: You'll provide essential administrative support, like data entry, taking notes at team meetings, ordering supplies, and even helping to manage our Buddy System. 📝📦
- Health & Safety Champion: You'll act as a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessor, ensuring a safe workspace for everyone (don't worry, we'll train you! 🧑⚕️).
- Team Player: You'll help new starters feel welcome with induction packs and assist with travel arrangements and event planning. 🚀
- Following the Rules: You'll get to grips with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) to ensure everything is done correctly. 💯
We're looking for someone who:

Key responsibilities
