Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
- Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records.
- Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic enquiries.
