  • Comfort & Reassurance Champion: Make sure our patients feel comfortable, safe, and totally looked after throughout their visit. πŸ€—

Key responsibilities

  • Provide chairside support to clinicians and assist with patient care.
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control.
  • Assist with patient administration, including scheduling and enquiries.
  • Accurately update patient records and ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clean clinical areas.
