What you'll be doing:
- Patient Rockstar: Greeting patients with a friendly face ๐ and helping them navigate appointments and basic queries with professionalism and a smile.
- Prep Pro: Getting surgeries ready, making sure all instruments are sparkling clean and sterilised ๐งผ, and keeping infection control dialled in to CQC standards.
- Treatment Sidekick: Lending a hand to our dentists during procedures and keeping patient records super accurate and GDPR-compliant.
- Comfort Champion: Making sure our patients feel at ease, reassured, and have a positive overall dental journey. ๐
- Stock & Supply Guru: Keeping an eye on stock levels and equipment, ensuring our surgeries are always prepped and ready to go.
