What You'll Be Doing:

  • Planning and running engaging activities that are totally personalized for each child. 🎨
  • Boosting literacy, numeracy, and language skills in fun ways. πŸ“šπŸ—£οΈ
  • Being a "key person" – helping every child feel super safe, valued, and understood. πŸ€—
  • Observing and documenting children's progress.
  • Handling care routines with kindness and empathy. ❀️
  • Teaming up with parents, colleagues, and other pros to support each child's journey. 🀝
  • Helping kids navigate big transitions smoothly.
  • Keeping safeguarding and equality at the top of our list. βœ…
