Your Role:
You'll be a key part of our team, handling essential reception duties and ensuring our patients have an amazing experience. This includes:
📞 Answering calls and warmly welcoming patients.
❓ Addressing patient queries with a helpful attitude.
💰 Processing payments accurately.
📅 Scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
✨ Sterilising and preparing equipment for our dentists.
📝 Maintaining patient records with precision.
😊 Supporting patients' wellbeing and overall dental journey.
🧼 Keeping our dental areas, including chairs, sparkling clean.
📦 Managing stock of equipment and supplies.
🤝 Assisting dentists and the senior team to provide top-notch patient care.
