Join our B&Q Hinckley team as a Showroom Advisor and be the go-to person for customers embarking on their home improvement journeys. You’ll be more than just a sales associate; you'll be a design guru, a problem-solver, and a trusted advisor. 🛠️

What you'll do:

• Inspire & Design: Use your tech skills 💻 to create amazing 3D designs that bring customer visions to life.
• Customer Journey: Guide customers from that initial spark of inspiration all the way to project completion, both in-person and virtually. 🤝
• Recommend Solutions: Ask the right questions to offer the best finance, products, and installation options. 💡
• Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues and installers to deliver top-notch service. 🚀
• Hit Targets: Be motivated by sales goals and confidently convert your designs into happy customers. 🎉

• Competitive Pay: £14.10 per hour (£26,945 FTE) 💸

Hours: 30 hours per week, on a shift pattern basis.

Contract: Permanent

Shifts: Monday - Sunday, 7:00 am - 10:00 pm (exact shifts to be confirmed).
