  • Master the Microsoft 365 suite, including OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint. πŸ“§πŸ“Š
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups like a pro using Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID). πŸ”‘
  • Tackle hardware challenges with laptops and PCs, and troubleshoot basic networking issues (think Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS). 🌐
