As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be:
- Whipping up and presenting food that's totally on point with our brand standards. 💯
- Supporting and guiding the kitchen team, keeping things organized and high-performing, even during the busiest shifts. 🏃♀️💨
- Stepping up for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when needed, keeping service smooth and sorting out any hiccups. 🛠️
- Making sure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness are top-notch, always. ✅
- Keeping an eye on stock, prep, and kitchen flow to make sure everything runs efficiently. 📊

Your apprenticeship journey includes:
- No boring college days! Your training is hands-on, work-based, with face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have an in-house mentor! 🚀
- You'll get support to earn Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. 📚
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your coach and manager to make sure you're crushing it! 🌟

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards.
- Support and guide the kitchen team, helping to organise service and maintain high performance.
- Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required, helping to resolve issues.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation to ensure efficient service.
