We're looking for a driven individual to provide essential administrative support to our vibrant Volunteering Service and the vital Best Start in Life Programme. What you'll be doing:
- Mastering Admin: Tackling a variety of routine admin tasks to keep our Volunteering Service and Best Start in Life Programme running smoothly, including providing awesome support to our Best Start Practitioners. 📝
- Data Dynamo: Developing and managing referral tracking spreadsheets for the Best Start team, becoming a whiz at collecting and organizing crucial information. 📊
- Reporting Rockstar: Producing basic reports and skillfully collating relevant data to help us understand our impact. 📈
- Creative Communicator: Designing and producing eye-catching promotional materials and informative service documents to share our message. ✨
- Community Connector: Organizing and facilitating engaging Community of Practice meetings for parenting workshop and course providers, fostering collaboration and shared learning. 🗣️
- Database Guru: Maintaining and updating Excel tracking documents and databases with precision and care. 🗂️
- Recruitment Innovator: Designing and developing new volunteer leaflets and recruitment materials to attract amazing individuals to our cause. 🌟
- Handbook Keeper: Updating and maintaining the Volunteer Handbook, ensuring our volunteers have all the information they need. 📖
- Hour Hero: Inputting and maintaining accurate records of volunteer hours, celebrating every contribution. ⏳
- Annual Report Assistant: Supporting the preparation and compilation of our Annual Report, contributing to our yearly success story. 💯
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Eager to learn and take initiative.
- Passionate about community support and positive beginnings.

Key responsibilities
- Undertake a wide range of routine administration tasks.

Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade 4), Maths (grade 4))
